Refrigeration Settings (GVC 1)

Troubleshooting

This article covers how to configure your refrigeration, setpoint, and health safety settings. 

This machine uses a GVC1 control board. Press the service mode button located on the top right of your control board. 

Check your refrigeration settings

Press the Service Mode button located on your control board and press the following buttons on the outside keypad.

If you’re being asking for a password press 2314. Otherwise, continue pressing the following.

If you need to change the setting press 7 several times until you reach the correct setting. (COLD, COLD FOOD, SNACK, etc.) Select COLD.

Press the # button to save.

After saving press the star * button several times until your motor count is displayed.

You are now able to continue checking other settings.

Setpoint

You will see the current setpoint.

If you need to change setting press 8 to increase. If you’ve gone too far you must keep pressing 8. When you reach 70 degrees the setpoint will start over in the 30’s

Press the # button to save.

After saving press the star * button several times until your motor count is displayed.

You are now able to continue checking other settings.

Check your Health and Safety settings

Press the Service Mode button located on your control board and press the following buttons on the outside keypad.

The display will show   ALLY (On)   or   ALLN (Off)

If you do not have perishable items in your machine, select ALLN by pressing 9.

Press the # button to save.

After saving press the star * button several times until your motor count is displayed.

You are now able to continue checking other settings.
