This needs to be updated for new EMV compliant ePort devices. How do I swap old orange boxes for new ePort telemetry boxes?

3. 3578 - 16.9 oz bottle filler aka Water filler

The issue with installing the filler on the 3578 is inserting the rear tab (when installing in front column). As best as I can see on my machines it is covered with the white adhesive sheet.
