Troubleshooting
This article covers what to do when your GVC1 machine Display says "NO SALE"
Symptoms
Display reads "NO SALE"
Machine will not allow any purchases
The card reader says "OFFLINE BY VENDOR"
If "NO SALE" show on screen press service mode and record the error - See Below

Machine display says "NO SALE"

Causes of "NO SALE" Message

Board does not see motors - Pressing service mode shows 0 (ZERO) - Press number 2 to do a motor count - Press * key to exit service mode - If it does not count the correct motors troubleshoot motors and connections

 

DRPF - If you get a DRPF error on model 3578 this indicates the Drop Sensor is not connected or not being seen by the board.  Power the machine off then unplug the Drop sensor connection on the top left of the board (See below" and then back in.  If this still does not correct the error message DRPF then you will need to replace the drop sensor harness.

 

Health Safety - Error such as HLS - The Health Safety setting is on is not applicable on this machine - Press 4 then 9 then 9 again till it says Hs N and press # to save and * till you are back to 0.00
