Model 3589 - Customers charged but no Drink Dispensed

Futura 3589 Not Vending and Taking money


Machine may show Negative inventory in VMS or Greenlite Software
Customers get Charged but get no Product
No Drinks are vended but machine says Enjoy

This can be caused by two things

1 - The bottles on the very bottom tray are loaded cap down causing them to block the I-Vend sensor - Make sure any Bottles on the bottom Tray (selections starting with 5*) are loaded cap up

2 - Space to sales not set to STS9 - Press your service mode button then press 4 then 6,  Press 6 till it says Sts9 and the 9 is flashing press # to save and test with the doors closed

If issue continues you may have a defective Lower I-Vend sensor - Ensure the red light is lit on the right side and then  place your hand in place to block it and see if the light goes out
